Spa Etiquette and Policies

 

• Spa treatments are only available for people over the age of 16 by booking. For younger clientele, please get in touch to arrange a service.

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not include any expired discounts or specials.

 

• Booking online in advance is recommended to avoid disappointment.

• Right of admission is reserved.

• A 24 hour notice period is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointments. Should notice not be given prior to this period, the full fee for all services missed will apply and a digital payment link will be sent for settlement.

 

• Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. Late arrival will result in restriction of treatment time, while the full fee for the appointment will still apply.

 

• Please ensure mobile devices are placed on silent and non-vibrate mode before your appointment.

 

• Prices are subject to change without notice at any time for whatever reason.

 

• Shortfalls on amount vouchers do not cover will be for the client’s account.

 

• Products purchased are not refundable.

 

• Shenanigans Beauty will not be held liable for any theft, damage, loss or misfortune that may occur on or related to our services or premises.
